The recruitment process for the employers consists of 7
steps..
1. 
Acknowledgement of the Demand/Requirement
of the Workers from the employers (2-5 days)
The recruitment process begins upon
receiving the acknowledgement of the workers from the employers, Prime H R
International Pvt. Ltd. starts the process to ‘Search and Select’ the best
suitable workers according to the requirement and demand of the employers.
2. 
Selection of the Workers (3-5 days)
Although we have a list of pre-selected
Qualified and General workers for the different trades/sectors to avoid
unwanted delays (please go through the list of available workers in our
website’s employers section) but we have a next round of selection according to
the special requirement of the employers.
In the selection process we evaluate the
workers based upon their education, previous work experiences, capability to
handle the pressure, medical fitness, discipline, willingness to work and also
taking their past records and family background into the consideration.
Prime H R International Pvt.
Ltd. select the workers after conducting their 2nd
round of interview. However, if the employer requests, the selection process is
concluded after the group/joint interviews with employers.
3.
Work Permits from the employers (15-60 days)
Once we select/finalise the list of the
employees, Prime H R International Pvt. Ltd. forward the details
(passport copies, impunity certificates, education certificates, photos and
CV’s) of the employees to the employers so that the employers start making the
working permits.
4.
Visa Appointments/Submissions (05-20 days)
Prime H R International Pvt.
Ltd. starts booking for the appointments for the submission of
the visa applications in the respective Embassies/Consulates/VFS Centres
once the working permits get ready.
The appointment system can be tricky and lengthy in some exceptional cases
because of the rush in the Embassies/Consulates.
We use our best resources and efforts of our experts to book the
appointments at the earliest.
In the peak season the waiting time for the appointments in the Embassy/Consulate/VFS
Centres of these highly demanded countries for South Asian citizens takes
around-
1. Croatia- 20 days
2. Poland- 40 to 60 days
3. Malta- 40 to 60 days
4. Romania- 50 to 60 days
The rest
countries operate normally throughout the year.
5. Visas
from Embassy/Consulates (10-30 days)
Once the visa applications are
submitted, the respective Embassies/Consulates take around 10-20 days to issue
the working visas for the workers.
*During the peak season, The Embassy
of The Republic of Croatia in New Delhi, India can take up to 30-35 days to
issue the D working visa.
*We do not have influence in speeding up
the visa process or for any delay in
processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by
the Embassies and Consulates, which reserves the right to ask for further
documentation and, in some cases, refuse the visa applications.

It must be noted that the grant or refusal of a visa is at the sole discretion
of the Embassies/Consulates and Prime H R International Pvt. Ltd. is not
liable or responsible in any manners in visa matters whatsoever
6.
After
Visa-Before Flight (05-07 days)
Once the Visas are done, the workers
should follow the Standard rules of the Nepal Government before flying.
They must go for the final medical check-ups
in Nepal Government authorised medical centres and they should take compulsory
orientation classes for 2 days.
After the medical fitness teats and
orientation classes, they should apply for the labour permission from Nepal
Government-Department of Foreign Employment to fly (Sram in Nepali Language)
which takes 2-3 days to complete.

Once all the formalities are done, the
workers can fly.
*For Indian citizens there are no rules
for orientation classes and flying permissions from Ministry of External
Affairs, India.
7. 
Arrival
of the workers (01-02 day/s)
The employers wait at the arrival
airports to receive the workers in their respective countries after receiving
the arrival details of the workers through Prime H R International Pvt. Ltd.
Due to the flight restrictions and
limited flight services from Nepal and India, we can fly them only to the
following cities and countries.

After arrival other formalities of the arrival countries like medical fitness test, RT-PCR test (if any), fingerprints for the resident permits, opening of the bank accounts, medical insurance should be done by the employers. Finally, the workers start Working & Earning.
