DISSATISFACTION from the performance of our Workers:
We
do not want to make our employers unhappy with our service and believe that no
human beings are 100% perfect even though “the Perfect is one who knows
‘everything’ about one thing and ‘nothing’ about everything.”
Hence,
we put immense efforts into our selection process to select the workers of the highest quality but we accept humbly that in some exceptional cases the workers
don’t meet the standard requirements and expectations of the employers.
In
this scenario, we try to improve and motivate them personally with our all
experience and we wait for 10-15 days for the results. If this doesn’t work then
we follow our last rule-
“If you can’t change the person, replace the Person.” And we replace the workers and cancel their agreement with immediate effect.
For
our Unsatisfactory employers, we cover up the work permit cost if the workers
return before the expiry of their current contracts.
