Who we are

Built on trust. Driven by results.

Prime HR International is a specialist recruitment partner placing skilled and semi-skilled professionals with verified, licensed employers across Europe. Every placement is transparent — no hidden fees, no broken promises.

Verified employers only

Every partner is vetted for licensing, working conditions and contract integrity before we ever forward a candidate.

13 destinations, one team

From Lisbon to Vilnius — a single point of contact handles your documentation, interview, visa and arrival.

End-to-end timeline

Clear milestones from application to flight. You always know where your case stands — no chasing, no surprises.

Post-arrival care

Our responsibility doesn't end at the airport. We stay connected through onboarding, accommodation and your first paycheck.

Transparent contracts

You see the job offer, salary, hours and benefits in writing — translated to English — before you sign anything.

Locally licensed

We operate under recognised labour-recruitment frameworks and partner only with employers authorised to hire from abroad.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered honestly.

What documents do I need to apply?

A clear scan of your passport (valid 18+ months), an English-language CV, recent passport photos, your highest educational certificate, and any trade or skill certificates relevant to your sector. We tell you exactly what each specific country / employer requires once you're matched.

Do I need to speak English or a European language?

Basic English is enough for most blue-collar and hospitality roles. Healthcare and white-collar placements require stronger English or, in a few cases, a local language (German for Austria, Greek for Greece). We tell you the language bar before you interview — never after.

How long does the full process take?

Typical timeline is 2–4 months from a complete application to boarding your flight, depending on the country's visa appointment availability and your document readiness. We'll give you a realistic milestone calendar at step 2 of the process.

What are the fees? Are there hidden costs?

Our fee structure is written, itemised, and shared in full before you commit to any country. Government charges (visa, embassy, medicals) are listed separately at official rates. We never charge for shortlisting, interviews or unsuccessful applications.

Will I get accommodation and transport?

Most agriculture, hospitality, healthcare and construction offers include employer-provided or subsidised housing. Each offer lists accommodation, deductions and transport arrangements explicitly — you'll see this before you sign.

Can I bring my family?

Family reunification policies vary by country and contract type. Most EU countries permit family applications after 6–24 months of continuous employment, subject to salary and accommodation thresholds. We walk you through each country's specific rules during matching.

What if I'm rejected or the job doesn't work out?

Pre-departure: full refund of any unused service fees, and we'll rebuild your application for a different country at no extra service fee. Post-arrival: we mediate with the employer first, and if the contract is breached, we help you find a replacement role under the same work permit where possible.
